parents do tell me somethings like ''because you are too playful that is why you com home with an average result.

That time I was not wise so all I do is I laugh back saying am also trying my best. Which I know, I am deceiving my parents. Not knowing that am only deceiving myself.

STUDY YOUR FOOD
You must be wondering that how does food affect the brain. It affects the brain seriously, have a look at how I will analyse this for you to understand.

Some particular type of food affect the growth of the brain. In the sense that it blocks the ventilation of air in the brain and causes stunted growth for the brain.




Examples of those foods that damages the brain are that contains a lot of fats.

And there are also foods that help develop the brain, examples of which are; coffee(not caffinated one), groundnut, bread, tea, e.t.c
This one is tested bby mee personally.
NOTE: As a student, you must not eat too much. Test it and comment about it.

CONSTRUCT A TIME TABLE
After you've done the first step(do it continuously).
It is now time to make your time table. People believe makking of time table is a very easy thing to do.

But there are some principle to follow befor you construct your time table.

Most people make time table, but it is not effecttive because they did not follow the right pattern to construct it. So they end up forsaking it.
